Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
Order Processing time: After your payment has been authorized, we will prepare your order. Most orders take 1-5 work days to prepare before shipping. (Because our items have more hand-made processes and high-quality standard requirements.) Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 1-5 work days, while engraved or custom orders may take 9-18 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
You will also be able to track your order in your account.
Taxes and Duties
We will directly collect all tariff fees, and the logistics side we cooperate with will help pay tariffs, and customers do not need to go to the customs to pay tariffs.

How To Change My Delivered Address?
Once you realized your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care (service@zlatofashion.com) immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we can't change the address once the item was dispatched.
My Order Has Not Arrived Yet? Why?
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery. While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region. You can 'CONTACT US' or email service@zlatofashion.com, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed! )
I Have Received Only Part Of My Shipment, Where Are The Other Items?
We ship from different warehouses using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, some parcels can experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. However, our products are not always sent together because different shipping options are sometimes used, depending on the product and the availability thereof.

Will This Item Get To Me Before _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we recommend buying the items 4 weeks early at a minimum to when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

The shipping rate before the discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
